TACO STREET Pork Carnitas are restaurant worthy! They are so versatile you can use them in burritos, tacos, nachos, salads, breakfast casseroles or straight from the skillet with beans and rice. Our chef has put together a few fun recipes to try, along with 15 more ways you can get creative with these yummy carnitas.
CHEF NOTE: For crispier carnitas increase the temperature to 400°F for the last 5 minutes in the oven.
CHEF NOTE: After microwaving, finish the carnitas off in the skillet by heating 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and carefully placing the meat into the pan to crisp the edges for a traditional food truck experience.
Before serving, squeeze the juice of half a lime or 1 tablespoon of orange juice over the hot carnitas, toss and enjoy!
